Artisan butchery Roast Mutton and The Natural Sommelier team up for second collaboration

A BUTCHER has teamed up with a wine expert for their second night-time collaboration after a first huge hit.

From 7pm on Monday, November 1, Robert Unwin, the resident butcher at Kendal’s Roast Mutton, will be teaming up with a local wine expert Charles Carron-Brown, The Natural Sommelier for their second night-time collaboration, pairing BBQed prime cuts with ten amazing organic, bio-dynamic and natural wines from around the globe for guests to try.

Their first ever evening was a huge hit, with 28 people in attendance enjoying a selection of old world and new world wines alongside some tasty prime cuts from the shop.

Let Charles and Robert walk you through a selection of their favourite natural, organic, and bio-dynamic wines, including orange wines, rose, robust reds and classic style whites.
