A MULTI-AWARD winning Kendal business has been praised once again for its high quality service and received a visit from the UK head of Jaguar in their moment recent recognition.
Kentdale Land Rover , located on Shap Road, is part of the family owned Hadwin Family Group business which has currently won the Retail Group of the Year for a third consecutive year.
Company directors Toby and Jason Hadwin were graced with a visit from head of UK Jaguar as they were presented with their award.
The company released a statement on their latest award.
“The whole team at ‘Hadwin Family Group’, including Lakeland, Kentdale, & Ribblesdale are proud to share, yet again, we have collected these highly prestigious awards from Jaguar Land Rover.
“Annually 12 measurement criteria are used to rate the Jaguar Land Rover retailer network.
“Measurements are from all areas of the business, including servicing & repair, the supply of parts & vehicle sales, with a bias towards customer satisfaction to ultimately produce a winner.
“We’ve won them all.
“We have achieved many awards over the last twenty years but in-light of the challenges faced by our customers & teams alike, we felt the need to publicly thank everyone for their efforts & continued support in helping to maintain our high standards.
“Our teams have adapted their shift patterns & day to day working practices to ensure we’ve delivered our usual high standards though-out the pandemic.
“Our customers have appreciated & understood our strict COVID measures & again we thank you all.
“We are currently still ranked No.1 for Land Rover in 2021 so things are looking good for third consecutive Retail Group of the Year.”
Kentdale managers expressed their gratitude to their team for their efforts.
