Kirsty Jepson: Urgent appeal as heavily pregnant woman goes missing from Barrow

Police have issued a desperate appeal to find a heavily pregnant woman from Cumbria who has gone missing.

Officers are asking for the public’s help to locate Kirsty Jepson who is 30 weeks pregnant. She was last seen in the Barrow area at around 9.30pm last night (April 20).

She is described as 5ft 6ins tall with blonde hair in a pony tail. Kirsty was last seen wearing a peach coloured North Face T-shirt and blue jeggings.

Cumbria Police said she left in a Blue Ford C-Max with registration number BB07LEO and they are ‘concerned for her welfare’. The force shared the appeal on their social channels with a picture of Kirsty to try and spread the message.

A police spokesperson said: “Have you seen missing person, Kirsty Jepson? Officers are appealing for anyone who knows where Kirsty might be to get in touch.

“She is missing from the Barrow area of Cumbria. Kirsty was last seen Wednesday (April 20) at about 9.30pm.

“Kirsty left in a Blue Ford C-Max with registration number BB07LEO. Kirsty is described as 30 weeks pregnant, 5ft 6ins tall, blonde hair in a pony tail and last seen wearing a peach coloured North Face T-shirt and blue jeggings.

“Officers are concerned for her welfare and are asking for anybody with any information of her, or her vehicle’s, whereabouts to contact police immediately. If you see Kirsty please call 999.”
