Established in 1982 and run by Lancaster University Students’ Union, The Sugarhouse has grown into the biggest nightclub in Lancaster with a star-studded calendar of guest acts and the vast majority of Lancaster’s student population at its door. Previous acts have included the likes of Danny Howard, B. Traits, Bondax, Mistajam, Sigala, Jaguar Skills, Lethal Bizzle, Rudimental and many more. A variety of local DJs and acts are also regular to The Sugarhouse featuring at the venue’s themed weekly nights and playing a mix of genres, both new and old. With LUSU’s Purple Card it's super-easy to get bargain entry into the club and once inside there are drinks deals aplenty to keep your thirst quenched and feet dancing.
Hustle is the place to go no matter what night of the week it is! Always have great deals and events on. The bar staff are very entertaining and friendly. The bouncers are really nice and deal with every situation in the best way possible. Even better the club doesnt push out regular customers for studants. It welcomes everyone. The club also have an extensive cocktail menu and the largest shooter menu of any pub or club in Lancaster.
