A MAN from Windermere is due to stand trial at Manchester Crown Court after denying an accusation of actual bodily harm.
Aaron Robertson, of Ambleside Road, denied assaulting a woman at Royton, Oldham, in Greater Manchester on March 28, 2021, when he appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court.
The 30-year-old elected a trial by jury after denying the offence and is due to appear at Manchester Crown Court on March 11 for the first hearing.
